\n• Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently and efficiently
\n• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
\n• A commercial, solution-focused approach to legal work
\n• Strong client relationship skills and a proactive attitude to business development
\n• Team player mindset, with the ability to supervise and support junior colleagues
