VP M&A - Transport, Logistics & Infrastructure

A leading investment banking name is expanding their London based Transport, Logistics & Infrastructure group and seeking a VP to oversee execution and partner with seniors on origination. This is an exciting time for the platform as it receives significant investment and management attention.

You will

• :Key Contribution to the origination of transactions for EMEA investment banking – preparation of marketing pitches in full co-ordination with the relevant Sector Coverage; including in particular sector analysis, asset review, financial analysis, modelling and valuation
• ;Take an lead part in deal execution: process organization, modelling and valuation analysis, creation of transaction support documents (information memoranda and management presentations), interactions with other legal, financial and technical advisors, regular contact with client
